Co-owner and Creative Director

Katie plays an instrumental role in Carpetland’s behind-the-scenes operations, supporting the business while also managing the company’s commercial property. Although her primary career is in real estate, where she thrives as a dedicated Realtor, Katie remains involved in the success of Carpetland. A proud graduate of Grand Junction High School and Colorado State University, Katie is also committed to giving back to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of Mesa County (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization whose volunteers advocate in court for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her family and staying active. You’ll often find her rafting, playing tennis or pickleball, gardening, cheering at sporting events, or enjoying time with her kids and their large extended family.
