Operations Lead

Delaney is the Operations Lead at Carpetland. As a Grand Junction native, I’ve loved being part of the team this past year, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and tackling challenges along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy stories in all forms—reading, writing, and film. Lately, I’ve been especially into Project Hail Mary. I also love experimenting in the kitchen and trying out fun new recipes to share.

One of my favorite parts of the job is seeing the creativity our team brings to every project and the positive impact we have in the community. Carpetland truly feels like family to me.
